We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, organized, and able to manage their section efficiently while maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for managing a designated kitchen section
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Supervise and support Commis Chefs or kitchen assistants assigned to the section
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP)
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Minimize waste and use ingredients efficiently
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to advance
• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
