We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong love for pastry, attention to detail, and passion in creating high-quality desserts and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Develop new dessert ideas and seasonal pastry selections
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Manage proper storage of ingredients and finished products
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed
• Minimize waste and work efficiently to meet production deadlines

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook
• Creativity, precision, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Team-oriented attitude
